Bhavya Machine Tools presents two different models of this device.

Model No CL-15 : This model is equipped with 400mm of swing over bed length. Maximum turning length that can be obtained in this model is 250/320. The maximum shaft diameter is 160mm. Both the models are provided with linear guideway that provides superior turning performance even when the machining load is higher. The chuck size is 6”. It requires 5.5 (7.5)KW of motor power for main spindle. The movement of turning towards X and Y-axis is 120mm and 260/330mm respectively. The 18mm Z-axis traverse provides excellent scope for accuracy.

Model No-CL20A : This model is designed with 260mm of shafts turning diameter and the maximum turning length that can be obtained is 440mm. The chuck size is 8”. This lathe can work with 11(15)kw of motor power support. The spindle bore diameter is 52mm and the X and Z axis movement in machining is 165mm and 510mm respectively. The Z axis rapid traverse is 20mm. The X and Z axis traverse supports for heavy turning operations.
