Special Features:

Lathe bed is of grade 20 castings, duly flame hardened & ground with Brinel hardness over 300 BHN
Head stock gears are of special alloy case hardening steel and are duly hardened and profile grounded.
Head stock spindle is ground and runs in one anti friction taper roller bearings in front wall of head stock and one taper roller bearing in rear side wall of head stock.
Norton gear box and apron gear box are oil bath and gears are splash lubricated.
Quick change Norton gear box provides for wide range of British and Metric threads
Accuracy tested as per IS : 1878 ( part – 1 ) 1971
Lead screw, starting shafts are different.
Control panel for on / off the machine, reverse / off / forward start handle is given along with apron gear box for easy control.
