Bolt Threading Machine

This tool is used to cut the threads on bolts. It is also known as thread cutting instrument. It has Spindle bore of 40mm which is fitted with taper bearing. This machine comes with two speeds 60 & 90 RPM. All are the gears are made of cast hardened steel with noiseless operation. We provide sturdy device for long life execution. Hydraulic Thread & Form Rolling Machine

Thread rolling is a chip less cold forming process. A plain cylindrical blank, with a diameter part way between the major and minor diameters of the finished thread, is rotated and squeezed between cylindrical type hardened steel dies whose working surface are the reverse of the thread form to be produced. The threads of the die penetrate the surface of the black as it rolls between them, displacing material to form the roots of the threads, and forcing the displayed material readily outward to form the crests. Unlike other threading process, no material is wasted.

It comes in compact design with fabricated steel frame. It has versatility of doing all type of works with manual and automatic cycles. The extended universal joint given in the machine provides smooth operation for bib angle. You will get superior cooling effects because of oversized coolant tank that is provided in the machine.
